Party Panic! Devlog: Navigating through Challenges and Revving Up for a New Mini-Game Adventure!

Hello Party Panic! community,

Chris here!

This week was quite a rollercoaster, as I once again took a shot at the snake mini-game. Despite my best efforts and various techniques, I struggled with the snake body's movement. I wanted the game to have smooth movement, not just updating at fixed intervals like the classic Nokia snake game. However, the tail would often misalign, which made the gameplay less than ideal. In the end, after much consideration, I had to abandon it again.

However, failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, and so I have! I've now embarked on a brand new mini-game project: a go-kart racer! I'm only a day into the development, but I'm excited about the progress so far. The mechanics are shaping up nicely and I can already visualize the thrill it's going to bring to our game.

This experience has reminded me that not every idea will work out as planned, and that's okay. What's important is that we keep pushing forward, keep innovating, and keep doing our best to make Party Panic! as fun and enjoyable as possible.

Stay tuned for more updates as the go-kart racer mini-game evolves. As always, thank you for your support and enthusiasm!

Until next week, Chris
